Production Time (for certain products):

Some items are made to order and require additional production time before shipping:

– Custom handmade products (e.g., shoes): 7–15 business days for production
– 3D printed items (e.g., Hawaiian shirts, apparel): 3–5 business days for production

Tracking numbers may be created after processing but will only update once the item has been shipped.

Important Notes:

Some countries, including Mexico, Norway, and Brazil, may require a tax ID or personal identification number for customs clearance. If needed, our support team will contact you via email to request this information before your package is shipped.

Please also note that unexpected situations such as customs inspections, severe weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, strikes, or other global events may affect estimated delivery times (ETA).
